The payment, actually, the whole billing process went through really easily. I got my receipt right away and didn’t run into any issues.

I don’t know, I expected local pickup to be quick and simple, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. I waited around forever, and every time I asked about my order it felt like nobody really knew what was going on or where it was. Just not a great experience overall.
